When eating out at a sushi restaurant recently, the sushi chef had a bamboo sushi mat that was covered in plastic all the way around. This eliminated the need to use a piece of plastic wrap. Great idea! Easier to use and easier to clean.

i really dont know i have never even eaten sushi and i dont even want to eat it yuck !!!
